Ok, i took a few days off from posting but i have the day off today in honor of a bunch of dead assholes...
So today you get you get something i plan on doing a little bit of on my day off from work, “Sittin’ And Drinking” by Rose Davis.
“Sittin’ And Drinking” is blues number witth some good guitar work. It's a cover of a Christine Kittrell song. This was 1st issued in New Orleans on the "Play" label and later picked up after it became semi popular by Excello.
The flip is a little funky number with some strange horns and then shifts into a 50's kind of shuffle. Cool but strange tune.
