you got me! and it's almost three minutes long, jeez...
i know man, i mean WTF? seriously....
theres a bunch of different versions of this< believe it or not! some are pretty old...there's a Tex Avery cartoon called "shhh!" that uses one version throughout the cartoon...the other ones I've heard just have a lady's voice laughing...
indeed!
Don't forget the punk version by Flipper, "Ha Ha Ha".
This is almost EXACTLY the same as the Steve Allen tune, that the famous Flo & Eddie used to close their weekly radio show out on Sunday Nights with, back on KROQ/AM&FM & KMET/FM, in the mid & late 1970's. this one sounds like Jim Bacus might be laughing along, like he did in "Delicious".
