Chico Holiday - Cuckoo Girl


Great uptempo rockabilly rocker type number by Chico Holiday from 1959!

Chico Holiday was born Ralph Vergolino in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1934. He had several recordings on several labels, including a Billboard charted hit in "Young ideas" written by Sonny James. He later became a gospel singer.

    I lived across the street from him in the mid-70's. He became a pretty big time preacher in Southern California. Look up "Melodyland". One of the original megachurches
